Our company ‘Najeena Adra Collection.’ has been established about 3 years. We are focus on making and also selling of scarf or hijab for muslim female wear that we inherited from our great grandfather, Allahyarham Hj. Abu Yusoff bin Abu Musa. The name of Najeena Adra is combination of two Arabic name. Najeena is diamond and Adra is beauty. We choose this name because we believe if customers wear our product, their beauty are shining like a diamond.
Now, this company was managed by three ladies in our family and one guy.We just registered as company last 3 years with the name 'Najeena Adra Collection'. Najeena Adra Collection Company was established with the objectivity to expand the Malaysia scarf and hijab industry and showcase it locally and internationally and also to expose wider type of scarf n hijab as part of Malaysia’s identity and personality.
Our scarf n hijab product very strict about quality of the scarf n hijab to make sure we achieve our own standard of scarf n hijab. We also have excellent management which guarantees the style, high quality and efficient delivery. Now we have obtained a few outlets in Malaysia.
We do our best to keep quality and shipment schedule and competitive price of course, to be the best to meet every individual needs. Our company seriously start the business in 2007 with capitalize of RM 350 000. It includes contribution from each member and funds from Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat.
So far Najeena Adra Collection is currently have 4 employees which are Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Marketing Manager, Production Manager, and Sales Manager. While 50 workers who work at our branch in Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Sarawak and also Singapore. For every branch, we supposed cashier, clerk, supervisor, and promoters. The decision of hiring workers will update if we have high demand.
